Three rooms are located on the upper floor, and one bedroom on the ground floor. There are also two terraces on the first floor where you can enjoy quiet evenings watching the sunset.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a modern equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, an airy living room, and a toilet. On the large terrace of the villa there is a beautiful pool of 32m2 and 1.5m deep, surrounded by 4 deckchairs.
In the courtyard of the villa there is also a summer terrace with a dining table and a grill where you can prepare typical Istrian specialties.
Additional features of the villa include a children's playground, which will surely be enjoyed by the youngest, as well as a Play station 4 and a Smart TV..
Three parking spaces are available inside the courtyard of the villa, and two more spaces outside the courtyard of the villa.
