The villa has an upper and lower floor and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people. On the lower floor there is a living room with TV, sofa, coffee table and armchairs, a kitchen with bar with 3 seats and a dining area with dining table for 8 people. Also, on the lower floor there is a bedroom with private bathroom. The villa also includes a separate toilet. The upper floor offers 3 beautiful bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom with shower. What will delight you is that each of the bedrooms has its own exit to the balcony or terrace. In the courtyard of the villa there is a swimming pool of 43 m2, it is 1.35 m deep.

The outdoor terrace has a grill area with a table for 8 people, as well as an outdoor sofa, ideal for drinking morning coffee or just relaxing.
Parking space inside the courtyard is big enough for several cars.

Children will surely be delighted by the famous Istrian water park Istralandia, which offers many entertaining contents for all ages. Adults will enjoy walks or bike rides. Also try the traditional wines of local producers, whose vineyards grow on up to four different types of soil.
