The house is adorned with two waterfalls whose relaxing sound of murmurs fills the entire property. On one side there is a stream where Japanese carp swim, while on the other side there is a pool of almost 100 m2. Sun loungers, lounge furniture, garden swings, outdoor furniture, 4 covered parking spaces, a built-in grill and bread oven, a portable grill, a trampoline and bicycles are available to guests on a fully fenced garden.
Guests of San Lorenzo in the spacious basement of the house of 370 m2 have at their disposal, indoor heated pool of 20 m2 with counter-current swimming, sauna, two showers, separate toilet, spacious tavern with wide TV, and dining table for 20 people, fully equipped kitchen , masonry fireplace for grill, rich wine cellar, fitness room with bathroom, massage table and outside by the pool jacuzzi.
The residential part of San Lorenzo extends to 380 m2, the space is fully air conditioned and equipped with high quality furniture and appliances. The house is equipped with underfloor heating. The ground floor has a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, television, dining room for 12 people, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, another table for 8 people. From the dining room is the entrance to one bedroom with a double bed with private bathroom and exit to the pool. From the living room is the entrance to two bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms, one of which has access to the pool. In the hallway on the ground floor there is an additional bathroom with shower / toilet. On the first floor of the house there are 2 bedrooms with double bed, private bathrooms, each with its own balcony with sitting furniture. On the second floor of the house there is a room with a double bed, a sitting set with the possibility of a bed for two people and a private bathroom.

NOTE: The indoor pool can be used in the period from 15.09. to 15.06. Indoor pool heating is at an additional cost (30,00Eur/day).
