The two-story Luxury Villa Lipa Tree occupies 220m2 of internal space, and over 600m2 of external space, which is completely surrounded by a high fence. Villa Lipa Tree can host up to 6 guests.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and dining room. The living room is equipped with designer furniture, includes an LCD TV with Netflix and a spacious comfortable sofa. The dining area with a view of the pool can comfortably accommodate 6 people and creates an ideal space for organizing dinner. The dining room also delights with its own wine fridge, which contains wines from Istria that you can taste in peace and quiet with a view of the vineyards.
The modern kitchen is separated from the living room and is equipped with absolutely all necessary kitchen appliances and accessories, so that our guests can use it fully during their stay. Next to the kitchen, there is also a laundry area, where there is a washing machine and dryer, as well as an area for washing and preparation.
There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
The villa contains three elegant, modern-style bedrooms with king-size double beds and bathrooms with showers. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor. All bedrooms are equipped with LCD TV, air conditioning, safe and desk. The master room has a spacious balcony with a view of the sea and the pool, where there is also a jacuzzi and a lounge for relaxation.
The entire villa has WIFI access, underfloor heating and air conditioning. Additional cleaning and laundry services, and pets are allowed with prior notice and additional charge.
The main attraction of the outdoor space is a beautiful swimming pool of 40m2. The pool is surrounded by deck chairs perfect for sunbathing. There is also an outdoor shower for the maximum comfort of our guests. By the pool there is also a spacious terrace sheltered from the sun and the view. Here you can enjoy breakfast and lunch, or relax with an LCD TV.
There is parking for 3 cars inside the yard. A charger for electric cars is also available to our guests, free of charge.
Guests will have complete privacy during their stay because the entire property is completely fenced.
