Na terasi se nalazi i veliki Weber plinski roštilj s kompletnom opremom za roštiljanje, savršen za pripremu domaćih specijaliteta pod otvorenim nebom. Vila nudi i dva zatvorena parkirna mjesta, što dodatno povećava sigurnost i udobnost gostiju.

Tijekom dana opustite se na udobnim ležaljkama uz privatni bazen i osvježite se u vodi kad god poželite. Navečer uživajte u prekrasnim zalascima sunca i čaši vina na prostranoj terasi – idealno mjesto za stvaranje nezaboravnih uspomena.

We had such a wonderful two weeks at Villa Rosa and genuinely loved our stay. We travelled as a couple, so a villa for eight people was definitely more space than we needed, but that actually made the holiday feel even more relaxing and luxurious. The villa is incredibly spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and every room has air conditioning, which was perfect during the warmer days. The shutters throughout the house were also great, both for keeping the heat out and for making the bedrooms completely dark at night. The pool was probably our favourite part of the villa. It is large, beautifully maintained and very clean, with plenty of space around it to relax in the sun. We had planned quite a few excursions during our holiday, but in the end we often found ourselves simply wanting to stay at the villa and enjoy the pool and the peace and quiet. We also loved the living room. The enormous 75-inch TV and the very comfortable couch made it perfect for movie nights, and the WiFi was honestly excellent: very fast, very stable and more than good enough for streaming in high quality as well as working on our laptops. That was a big plus for us. The gas barbecue was another highlight and we used it several times. At one point we discovered that the gas canisters were empty, but this was handled quickly. We were able to borrow one from the neighbours and a new one was arranged for us the next day, which we really appreciated. Our arrival was also very smooth and welcoming. We let the host know when we would arrive and she was already there waiting for us. She gave us a friendly tour, explained everything we needed to know, gave us some helpful local recommendations and then left us to enjoy the villa. Communication during the stay was always easy, quick and friendly. The location is lovely as well. The villa is surrounded by vineyards, so it feels peaceful and private, while Novigrad is still very close by. You can reach the centre in just a few minutes by car, or walk there in around 15 minutes. We also really liked being able to park our car directly on the property. There were only a couple of very small things worth mentioning. Because we stayed for two weeks, some of the rubbish bins filled up fairly quickly, and we occasionally noticed rubbish in them that did not seem to be ours. They were emptied during our stay, so it never became an issue, but a slightly clearer or more frequent waste collection system could make longer stays even easier. We also had quite a lot of mosquitoes during our stay, including tiger mosquitoes that were active during the day. This may simply have been due to the time of year, but we did get bitten fairly often around the pool and therefore kept the windows closed most of the time. Some insect screens would be a nice addition, and we would definitely recommend bringing a good mosquito repellent during mosquito season. These were only minor points and did not really take away from the experience. We had a fantastic time and would happily stay at Villa Rosa again. It is spacious, peaceful, very comfortable and exceptionally well equipped, with a wonderful pool, excellent WiFi, a great location and friendly service. Even for just two people, it felt like a perfect place to switch off, relax and enjoy Istria.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Novigrad. Die Stadt ist klein aber fein. Das Haus entspricht dem was die Bilder zeigen und ist erste Sahne die Zimmer im ersten Stock sind geräumig. Nur das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist mit dem Schrank und dem Doppelbett etwas eng und das Bad liegt leider außerhalb des Zimmers aber das ist jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen. Vor allem möchte ich aber noch herausheben das die Übergabe von einer sehr sympathisch und freundlichen Frau durchgeführt wurde die sehr viel Geduld mit uns hatte. *****

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Super Haus, super Gegend, Pool 1a, Küche und Ausstattung erstklassig. Alles funktioniert. Alles neu!. Dachterrasse mit super Ausblick. Wir waren zu acht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Service war TOP!! Danke Zenija. Wir werden hoffentlich wieder kommen können.
