The villa consists of 4 bedrooms with bathrooms, and can host up to 8 people. The spacious kitchen and living room elegantly connect to the outdoor terrace where there is an outdoor dining table and grill.

The pool is the center of all events in this villa. A beautiful large swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs and greenery offers all-day enjoyment.

The territory of Buja stretches from the Mirna River to the Dragonja River, which also marks the border with the Republic of Slovenia. It is an undulating and hilly region covered with vineyards, olive groves and arable fields interspersed with oak, cherry and pine forests, a karst belt full of interesting geological phenomena and glades of Mediterranean vegetation, among which thyme and juniper stand out.
