Located only 600 meters from the beautiful Krasica, which is proud of the beauty of the Istrian nature, spacious vineyards and centuries-old olive groves. During their stay, it offers its guests 100 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 328 m2.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, it provides accommodation for a maximum of 6 people who will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms all located on the upper floor. All three rooms have double beds, and one of the rooms has an en suite bathroom. Another bathroom is located on the first floor, while the second bathroom is located on the ground floor of this beautiful villa.
On the ground floor there is a beautifully decorated and spacious living room with a sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV. Next to the living room, there is a dining room with a dining table for 6 people, and a modern kitchen with a bar and two bar stools. The living room leads directly to the outdoor terrace, where you will be greeted by the opportunity to refresh yourself comfortably in the 1.5 meter deep infinity pool. Next to the pool there are 4 deckchairs for sunbathing and relaxing, and on the terrace there is also an outdoor seating area where you can drink your morning coffee while looking at the natural beauty of Krasica.
On the terrace there is also an outdoor kitchen with a grill where you can prepare delicious Istrian dishes that will delight the whole family. You can try the prepared dishes at the outdoor dining table with 6 seats.
This villa meets the highest standards for a stay in the off-season, because next to the pool there is also a jacuzzi for enjoying fresher evenings in warm water with a glass of good Istrian Malvasia.
