The total area of the villa Riposo is 256 m2, and the total accommodation capacity of the villa is for a maximum of 8 people. The villa has 4 luxurious and air-conditioned bedrooms. All bedrooms have king-size beds. All rooms have their own fully equipped ensuite bathrooms, one of which has a beautiful bathtub for relaxation. One bedroom is located on the ground floor of the villa, and the others are on the upper floor, where you have a terrace with a jacuzzi, where you can enjoy the peace and the view of the sea that stretches in front of this luxurious beauty.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and an additional toilet. On the terrace and in the yard there is an outdoor kitchen with a grill, an outdoor table and a beautiful swimming pool of 48m2. Around the pool there are 6 deckchairs where you can enjoy the summer sun. An ice machine is also available.
Inside the fully fenced yard is a beautiful green lawn.
4 parking spaces and 2 bicycles are available inside the yard.
There is also a heated swimming pool at your disposal for an extra charge of 20.00 Eur per day, as well as a free charger for electric cars.

Novigrad is warmed by a mild Mediterranean climate with long, warm summers at an average of 24°C and mild winters at an average of 6°C.
