Apartment Belvedere is located in the very heart of Novigrad’s historic old town, just one minute walk from the beach, restaurants, cafés and the charming waterfront promenade.
This cozy and well-equipped apartment offers a truly authentic stay in the old part of the city, combined with one of the most beautiful open sea views in Novigrad.
The apartment consists of:
- an open-plan living room and kitchen
- one bedroom
- a bathroom
- a small terrace with a stunning view of the open sea, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation
The apartment is air-conditioned and ideal for couples or guests looking to stay right in the center, surrounded by history and the sea.
Access & Parking Information (Important)
The apartment is located inside the pedestrian zone of the old town and cannot be permanently accessed by car.
Upon arrival, guests receive video instructions via WhatsApp showing how to reach the apartment.
Temporary car access into the old town is possible only with prior registration of license plates, allowing guests to enter the zone briefly for unloading luggage.
After unloading, guests must leave the old town and park elsewhere:
- Public paid parking is available around the city, or
- We can offer private parking approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment (upon request, extra charge).

Access is provided using a personal code, which guests receive before arrival.
