Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war relativ neu und sauber und liegt mitten in der Altstadt, was die Zufahrt zum Be- und Entladen zu einem Abenteuer macht. Anfängliche Probleme mit dem Waschbecken (lief nicht ab), der Duschkabine (konnte nicht richtig geschlossen werden) und dem Fernseher (kein Signal und keine Bedienungsanleitung) wurden, nachdem ich Dame von der SeeAdria Agentur darauf aufmerksam machte, innerhalb einer Stunde alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit repariert. . Das Bett ist gewöhnungsbedürftig da weich und zu nieder für "ältere Nutzer". Die Lage zum Stadtstrand ist unschlagbar und der Strand selber Top. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderbar, ein Sonnensegel o.ä. wäre zu empfehlen(Südseite) und etwas Farbe an der Brüstung wäre schön. Negativ bewerten muss ich den Zugang zum Apartment den unmittelbar vor der Haustüre bzw. unter dem Balkon, stehen 5 Müllcontainer, die regelmäßig von den umliegenden Restaurants befüllt werden. Es roch penetrant nach Fischabfällen. Insgesamt können wir das Apartment aber sehr empfehlen!
