The ground floor includes a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. Large glass doors connect the interior with the outdoor terrace, perfect for morning coffee or family barbecue gatherings.
The second floor offers an additional kitchen, dining room, living area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper terrace provides a lovely view of the pool and surrounding forest.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private pool, sun loungers and a completely fenced yard ideal for children. Several private parking spaces are available.
The house is fully equipped for families, and groups of young guests are not allowed.
The owners live in a separate part of the house and are available if needed.
