The villa was built in a rustic style in 2023, and it can accommodate a maximum of 8 people who have over 300 m2 of living space at their disposal, and the total area of the property is over 1700 m2. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers you 4 bedrooms, all with double beds, and 4 spacious bathrooms with showers.
In the living room, you will be comfortable on the sofa, two-seater and armchairs, and there is also a coffee table and a TV. Next to the living room, there is a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare the favorite dishes for the whole family, and a dining room with a dining table for 8 people.
On the outdoor terrace, you can comfortably refresh yourself on the covered terrace and cool off during the long hot summer days in the 50 m2, 1.5 meter deep swimming pool, next to which there are 8 sun loungers. There is also a covered outdoor kitchen with a grill, a toilet and a closed shower room.
The villa is fully air-conditioned. An indoor sauna is also available to guests in the period from September 23 to May 1, 2026.
The villa is fenced and offers enough available parking spaces, with the possibility of charging 2 electric cars (AC/DC).
