Villa Gloria Vita lies in the very beginning of the village where it is separated from the other houses, with a view of beautiful nature. Constructed in 2017, it is a modern villa on 135 m² together with an apartment on 50 m². The total capacity for 8 adults, and a sofa bed for two more, offers nice and relaxing vacation days. The villa consists of two floors with three bedrooms that all includes a bathroom, double beds, airconditioning, a TV, a warderobe and a desk. The apartment includes a bedroom with one double beed and a bathroom. Both the villa and the appartment have a kitchen each of their own.
The living room is furnished with modern furnitures in Istrian style, with a fireplace that makes for cozy nights at home during the colder seasons. In conjunction with the living room is the kitchen that is well equipped for all taste buds. A jacuzzi can also be found inside, with room for up to 4 people.
In the garden on 600 m² is a pool, sun loungers and a trampoline for enjoyable summer days. The outside also offer a big summer kitchen with BBQ grill.
The villa lies about 8 km from the fishing town of Novigrad where the closest beaches lies as well. 3 km from Nova Vas lies a huge water park, Istralandia.
