The use of personal data in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data must be justified on the basis of one of the legal “bases", and in this regulation we determine the bases for any use of personal data. Justified bases for data processing are, among others, legitimate interest, contractual obligation, legal basis and consent.

Processing based on the legitimate interest of Nova Gradnja d.o.o. / SeeAdria Real Estate and Tourist Agency uses to promote and provide information about its services, in order to maintain the highest standards of sales of services from its offer. The fundamental rights and freedoms of existing and potential customers are weighed against the interests of Nova Gradnja d.o.o. / SeeAdria Real Estate and Tourist Agency to process data for the stated purpose.

Nova Gradnja d.o.o. / SeeAdria Real Estate and Tourist Agency will collect contact information, information on services performed, warranty, as well as history information, when you use our services for the purpose of processing warranty claims or technical support for services performed.

Personal data may be transferred to third parties provided that there is a legitimate basis for the transfer, such as the fulfillment of the service.

Nova Gradnja d.o.o. / SeeAdria Real Estate and Tourist Agency uses direct marketing based on your personal data to inform you about news and promotions in our offer, special purchase benefits, presentations of new products, as well as our appearances at fairs, conferences, and other events exclusively with your consent. Consent for direct marketing can be withdrawn at any time. Any person may also object to the processing of data for the above purpose at any time.

Nova Gradnja d.o.o. / SeeAdria Real Estate and Tourist Agency is subject to the laws of the Republic of Croatia, as well as supranational regulations, and is obliged to comply with them, including providing your data to law enforcement authorities, regulatory and judicial bodies, and third parties in litigation in connection with procedures or investigations anywhere in the world where this is required.

Where permitted, we will directly address such a request to you or notify you before responding, unless doing so may affect the prevention or detection of a crime.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in such a way that we only collect basic data that is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the given consent or legitimate interest, contractual or legal basis. The data that is automatically recorded when accessing the website (IP address, domain name, browser types, number of visits, time spent on the pages, etc.) will be used exclusively for the purpose of evaluating website visits and improving its content and functionality, i.e. for statistical purposes.


Nova Gradnja d.o.o. / SeeAdria Real Estate and Tourist Agency informs its Users about the use of collected data and uses them for marketing campaigns only upon specifically obtained consent. In the event of a change in any of the personal data (e.g. place of residence, delivery address) recorded during registration, the User is obliged to make the change in the user data as well.

According to the applicable national and supranational legislation, in order to protect the confidentiality of personal data, we are specifically obliged to handle your data in accordance with the law and in good faith, to collect data only for specific and lawful purposes, not to forward data to any third party without your prior consent, not to forward personal data to countries outside the EU if that country does not ensure an adequate level of data protection; to ensure appropriate, secure storage of personal data, in a way that it does not exceed the purpose for which the data was collected and for which it is processed; to ensure the accuracy of personal data; to ensure that personal data is processed only for the time and purpose for which it is necessary; take all necessary and appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the destruction, damage or loss of the User’s personal data.

Nova Gradnja d.o.o. / SeeAdria Real Estate and Tourist Agency may contact the User to verify the authenticity of the request.


A User, who is a natural person, may at any time request that Nova Gradnja d.o.o. / SeeAdria Real Estate and Tourist Agency:


The retention period for User data by Nova Gradnja d.o.o. / SeeAdria Real Estate and Tourist Agency lasts for life or until a request for deletion is received from the individual to whom the personal data relates, after which the personal data is deleted. Nova Gradnja d.o.o. / SeeAdria Real Estate and Tourist Agency retains personal data for longer than the specified period only if this is mandatory under applicable regulations in the Republic of Croatia or supranational legislation.


Personal data that is no longer needed is either irreversibly anonymized or securely destroyed.


If the User has any objections to the processing of his/her data by Nova Gradnja d.o.o. / SeeAdria Real Estate and Tourist Agency, he/she may file a complaint with the competent state body, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.
