Beautiful villa Riposo, built in a contemporary style, and stands out with its luxurious interior and excellent position. The villa is located only 2km from Novigrad, a small town in the northwestern part of Istria.

The total area of Villa Riposo is 256 m2, and the total accommodation capacity of the villa is for a maximum of 8 people. The villa has 4 luxurious and air-conditioned bedrooms. All bedrooms have king-size beds. All rooms also have their own fully equipped ensuite bathrooms, one of which also has a beautiful relaxing bath. One bedroom is located on the ground floor of the villa, and the others are on the upper floor, where you have a terrace where the jacuzzi is located and from which you will enjoy the peace and view of the sea that stretches in front of this luxurious beauty.

The ground floor of the villa has a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and additional toilet. On the spacious terrace and yard of the villa there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, outdoor table and a beautiful pool of 50m2. Around the pool there are 6 deck chairs where you can enjoy the summer sun. An ice machine is also at your disposal.

Inside the fully fenced yard is a beautiful green lawn.

4 parking spaces are available inside the yard, and 2 bicycles.
There is also a heated pool at a surcharge of 20.00Eur per day.

In the summer months in Novigrad, you will come across various festivals dedicated to the rich eno-gastronomic offer of Istria. Do not miss to visit the Festival of Chocolate and Wine, which will evoke all the gourmet pleasures, or the Festival of Istrian Malvasia, an indigenous variety of Istrian wine.
